Mask Policy

Masks are required over your nose and mouth for the entirety of your visit, regardless of your vaccination status. We have masks at the entryway for any guests who arrive without one.

Accessible Parking

There are three accessible parking stalls available on a first-come, first-serve basis in front of the building. If the accessible parking spots are full, drivers with an accessibility license plate are invited to use the valet service free of charge.

Seating, Mobility Devices & Service Animals

Wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters are all permitted. We have four first-come, first-serve wheelchairs on-site for those who need it, and a number of folding chairs that can be brought into the exhibit. Service animals are permitted, but please be advised the the volume and visuals may be uncomfortable for animals.

Part of the experience is the music, which can at times be loud. This may cause discomfort for people with sensitive hearing. Earplugs are available upon request. The entrance to Lighthouse Minneapolis, and the entire venue itself is fully accessible. All areas are on one level and all pathways are fully wheelchair and stroller friendly.


There are bathrooms in the main lobby of the venue with accessible stalls in both men’s and women’s bathrooms.
