Accessibility

There are three accessible parking stalls available on a first-come, first-serve basis in front of the building.

Wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters are all permitted. We have four first-come, first-serve wheelchairs on-site for those who need it, and a number of folding chairs that can be brought into the exhibit. Service animals are permitted, but please be advised the the volume and visuals may be uncomfortable for animals.

Part of the experience is the music, which can at times be loud. This may cause discomfort for people with sensitive hearing. Earplugs are available upon request. There are some flashing lights, which may be difficult to tolerate for people with photosensitivity. The lobby has some tables and chairs available for anyone wishing to step

The exhibit opens 15 minutes before the first entry time of the day and closes 20 minutes after the start time of the last entry time of the day. For full exhibit hours, please see the ticketing calendar when you click BUY TICKETS.

There are bathrooms in the main lobby of the venue with accessible stalls in both men’s and women’s bathrooms.
