I am the producer of Immersive Van Gogh Minneapolis.

I sincerely apologize for the late notice, but unfortunately tomorrow’s showing of the Immersive Van Gogh Exhibit is being cancelled due to an unexpected delay in receiving our final permit approvals from the City of Minneapolis.

I understand how frustrating this must be for you. We have worked  hard to welcome you to our amazing exhibit tomorrow, and this is devastating for us.

As you will not be able to attend tomorrow, we want to make it easy for you to join us on a future date of your choosing.

Please use the directions below to rebook your tickets. If you haven’t rebooked by the close of our exhibit, we will refund you for the full ticket price. 

Follow these steps to rebook your tickets:

Your personalized code has been emailed to you. Please check your email for additional instructions on rebooking your tickets.

1. Go to tickets.vangoghmsp.com

2. At the bottom of the page, please click on the yellow “HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE?” button and enter your personalized code in ALL CAPS and click on the “APPLY” button

3. Your personalized discount code has been emailed to you. Please check your email.

4. Choose the new date and time you would like to attend.

5. Choose the corresponding ticket type. 

6. Select the number of tickets you would like to rebook (not to exceed your original number of tickets purchased).

Please note: If you have multiple tickets, they do not need to be rebooked at the same time! Simply re-use your personal discount code with any consecutive bookings, up to the maximum number of original tickets purchased.

7. Complete the booking by entering your name and contact information.

8. Your new tickets will be emailed to you! Your tickets will arrive from tickets@universe.com please check your spam/junk folder

Please note: If you purchased add-ons with your original tickets, your add-ons will be available to collect on your new attendance date.

If you cannot attend and would like an immediate refund, please email ticketing@vangoghmsp.com and our customer service team will issue a full refund to the original form of payment. Our team is currently dealing with a high volume of queries, but they are working tirelessly to respond to every email – they will get back to you.
